Types of RCS messages

Text message

RCS text messages can include suggested replies and actions. Limit: 1,000 characters.
  • You can send a file to your clients by entering the file URL. The file size is limited to 100 MB, and the file URL can have a maximum of 2048 characters.
  • Supported file formats include: PDF, JPG, JPEG, GIF, H263, M4V, MP4, MPEG-4, MPEG, WEBM.

  • Text up to 2000 characters,
